Shipping policy

Where possible prints purchased through Pain Cave Prints are normally dispatched with 1-2 working days, however personalised and framed prints may require slightly longer to process. 

All art prints are sent out flat in rigid packaging with extra padding protection. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail. Items are not sent signed for unless express / upgraded postage is purchased at checkout. 

Shipping is currently to UK customers only, however customers outside of the UK can purchase from our range on our Etsy store.

Every effort is made to ensure you items arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged please get in touch and we will aim to resolve as quickly as possible.
