Refund policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase and enjoy them as much as we enjoy creating them. However if you have any issues please contact us at info@paincaveprints.co.uk and we will aim to resolve swiftly. 

Returns

Product returns are accepted within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer is responsible for return postage fees and a trackable shipping service is advised. Return shippling costs are non-refundable.

If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, or your print is personalised unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once your returned purchase has been received and inspected. If refund is approved we will credit your original payment method. Time for processing a refund can vary depending upon credit card / payment method. If you have any issues please get in touch.

Exchanges

We will exchange items if they arrive damaged in transit but will require photographic evidence and original item returned to sender.
