Custom and Personalised Orders

Pain Cave Prints offer customisation and personalisation on many of our listings. Most of the personalisation options are simple text changes and therefore details can be provided in the 'Add your personalisation' box before placing your order. 

We can also provide a bespoke artwork service such as custom ride route maps and personalised jersey and bike illustrations. These prints require additional information, time and therefore cost to create. 

Please contact us via the website contact form or email at custom@paincaveprints.co.uk to discuss your requirements and receive a quotation. Please note due to the nature of these prints refunds and exchanges are not available for these products.  

 

International Orders

We are currently only able to ship to UK destinations. We in the process of setting up our international shipping to ensure all customs information and local taxes are automatically applied, as want to avoid any potential delays / extra charges imposed on imported items. In the meantime customers outside of the UK can purchase from our full range on our Etsy store at https://paincaveart.etsy.com. Etsy will automatically add in any relevant local taxes to the purchase price. 

 

Sizing Details

Most of our prints as standard are available in sizes A3 (420mm x 297mm) & A4 (297mm x 210mm). All dimensions will be clearly stated on the product listing page. 

Should you desire a print in an alternate size - to fit an existing frame for example - please contact us via the website contact form or email at custom@paincaveprints.co.uk to discuss your requirements. Please note at present the largest format we can print in-house is A3.

 

Care Instructions

Our artwork is printed on archival grade acid-free papers using UltraChrome Pro 10 pigment inks. Please take care when handling your print to avoid any creases, pinches or fingerprints on the printed surface. 

Prints sent out in postal tubes or boxes can take a while to flatten out once delivered. To help with this process you can re-use the acid free tissue paper shipped with your print to avoid getting any marks on the the printed surface while rolling out and weighing down.
